Custom solutions developed for you remain your property, but the underlying technological components belong to Vecia.

6. Pricing and Payment

The prices of our services are indicated in our commercial proposals. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payment is due according to the terms agreed in the contract
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

7. Warranties and Limitations

Vecia strives to provide high-quality services, but:

• We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not responsible for problems caused by factors beyond our control
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services concerned

8. Termination

You or Vecia may terminate the service contract according to agreed terms. Upon termination:

• Fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
• You must cease using our services
• Confidentiality clauses remain in effect

9. Changes to Terms

Vecia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website. Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
